This Privacy Policy explains how Aorkin safeguards user data and defines privacy rules during app usage. Aorkin is a professional AI comic photo editor designed to craft premium American comic-style artwork. Users can start creations on the Home tab by taking new photos or importing images from the local photo library. On the Create page, users may browse various comic style templates and generate personalized artwork with bold ink lines, fine halftone textures, vibrant colors and unique panel layouts.
The app includes three core sections: Home, Records and Settings. The Home tab is for new creations and offers comic previews to help users verify visual effects before coin-based generation. After generation, users can preview, save or share finished artwork on the Result page. All completed works are saved to Records, where users can view, re-save and delete historical creations at any time.
Image generation is a paid coin-based feature. Each confirmed generation costs 30 coins, and coins will be automatically refunded if the generation fails. Users can purchase additional coins via in-app coin packs or subscribe to paid membership plans. Active subscribers receive bonus coins, full gallery saving access and priority customer support. Please note subscriptions do not allow unlimited creations, and every image generation still requires 30 coins. All paid products adopt regional pricing, with final prices shown on the App Store. Users can manage and restore purchases within the app's Settings.
Aorkin's Settings page allows users to access premium subscriptions, view official documents and clear temporary render cache files. Users must only upload images they own or have acquired authorized usage rights for personal creation, and cannot use materials that infringe third-party intellectual property rights. Aorkin requires no account registration or login, enabling anonymous access to all features without personal information submission. All image processing and comic generation is powered exclusively by Aorkin's self-developed AI system; no third-party AI tools, cloud servers or rendering services are utilized in any creation process. Aorkin will never upload, transmit or share users' original images, style preferences and finished artwork with external servers or third-party platforms. We enforce a strict zero-collection policy for facial and biometric data. We never collect, scan or analyze users' facial features under any circumstances. Our AI only optimizes colors and adds comic effects without facial recognition functions, and we never create facial databases or disclose users' portrait privacy to outside parties.
All creation functions, coin purchase services and subscription membership benefits provided by Aorkin are only available for users aged eighteen and older. Only users who have reached the age of majority in their corresponding regions are allowed to download and use this application. Minors are not permitted to access any functions of Aorkin.
Every step involved in comic style creation, including image analysis, structural optimization, ink line rendering, halftone texture overlay and color grading, runs entirely on the user's local mobile device. All core underlying technologies and operational logic are independently developed and maintained by the Aorkin technical team. The application does not integrate, invoke or rely on any external third-party AI algorithms, cloud computing platforms, remote rendering services and additional auxiliary technical tools. There is no internal data transmission channel designed to send user content to external servers. Under any usage scenarios, original uploaded images, personalized style configuration parameters, temporary cache files and finished comic artworks will never be transmitted, synchronized or shared to outside servers and third-party service providers.
Aorkin maintains a lifelong zero-collection standard for all user facial information, biometric features and related portrait identification data. When users upload portrait-based images for comic creation, our self-developed AI system only focuses on converting the overall picture visual style and overlaying exclusive comic effects. The system will never actively detect facial areas, extract facial feature points, analyze biological characteristics and execute facial recognition behaviors. All uploaded image materials are only used to respond to the single creation task voluntarily initiated by users, and will not be cached, duplicated or reused for algorithm training, data statistics and other irrelevant commercial purposes.
All users must utilize Aorkin's creative functions for positive, healthy and legal personal non-commercial purposes only. Users are required to ensure that all uploaded pictures and creative materials are legally owned by themselves or obtained complete written authorization from relevant copyright holders. Users are strictly forbidden to upload, generate, edit, save and share any inappropriate content involving pornography, vulgar hints, explicit descriptions, bloody violent scenes, terrorist elements and discriminatory remarks. Meanwhile, users cannot create works that infringe third-party portrait rights, copyrights and intellectual property rights, or distribute content that violates local public order and social morality.
All original images uploaded by users and all AI-generated comic artwork files are exclusively stored inside the user's local mobile device, instead of centralized cloud servers operated by Aorkin or any third-party service vendors. The application will not automatically synchronize, back up or migrate users' private creative content to remote networks. Users have full and absolute control over all local creation data, and can freely preview, export and delete creations in the Records module. Aorkin will never access, acquire or share users' private artwork and original images with external individuals, enterprises and third-party organizations without explicit user authorization.
We may update this privacy policy to optimize product services, updated content will be posted on the in-app Settings page. Policy updates will never change our core privacy commitments including anonymous usage support, independent AI operation and zero facial data collection.
