This Subscription Agreement serves as the official binding document that elaborates comprehensive service specifications, available auto-renewable subscription plans, detailed billing mechanisms, renewal policies, exclusive membership privileges and standardized user guidelines for all paid subscription services launched by Aorkin. Aorkin is an innovative AI comic photo editor that empowers users to convert ordinary photos captured by device camera or imported from local photo libraries into premium American comic style artwork with exquisite ink lines, layered halftone textures and professional panel layouts. To accommodate diverse creative demands, the application provides a complete localized creation process and a coin-based image generation system for all registered and anonymous users. By completing payment procedures and activating any subscription membership within Aorkin, you fully acknowledge that you have carefully read, thoroughly understood and unconditionally accepted every single clause stipulated in this subscription agreement.
Aorkin does not enforce mandatory account registration, login authentication and personal identity binding for accessing basic creative functions, allowing all users to create comic artwork in a completely anonymous environment without submitting any private personal data. All image analyzing processing, structural optimization and comic style rendering tasks throughout the creation procedure are independently executed by Aorkin's self-developed internal AI service system. The application never integrates, invokes or purchases external third-party AI algorithms, cloud computing servers and remote rendering interfaces to assist content generation. Aorkin has never built any internal data uploading channel and will never upload, transmit, synchronize or share users' original imported images, personalized style parameter settings, temporary cache files and finished comic artwork to any external servers and third-party service providers. Meanwhile, Aorkin adheres to the highest privacy protection standards and maintains a permanent zero-collection policy for all user facial features and biometric information. Our AI model only focuses on overall picture style conversion and comic effect overlay instead of conducting facial recognition and biometric analysis, and we will never establish user facial databases or disclose users' portrait privacy data to outside parties under any circumstances.
All in-app paid services covered by this agreement, including coin pack purchases and all types of subscription membership plans, are exclusively open to users who have reached eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority stipulated by local regional regulations. Only qualified adult users are authorized to browse subscription details, complete payment purchases, manage auto-renewal settings and enjoy corresponding membership benefits. Minors are strictly prohibited from purchasing and activating any paid subscription services inside Aorkin. Our team reserves the right to permanently revoke invalid membership permissions and refund related fees for any subscriptions confirmed to be purchased by underage users.
All subscription plans released by Aorkin are auto-renewable membership products, aiming to provide users with long-term stable membership privileges and exclusive subscription rewards. All payment settlement behaviors are exclusively processed through Apple official In-App Purchase channel, and all transaction data is completed within Apple's official payment ecosystem. The pricing of each subscription package is dynamically adjusted according to regional market standards and App Store official rules, and the final unit price, billing cycle and package details shall be subject to the real-time information displayed on the official purchase popup page inside Aorkin. Users who have successfully purchased valid subscription memberships can utilize the Restore Purchases functional entry in the application's Settings page to synchronize and recover corresponding membership privileges on mobile devices logged in with the same Apple ID account. This restore function only supports the recovery of valid purchased records and does not support cross-account transfer of membership qualifications.
Every subscription plan mentioned above contains identical fixed membership benefits, and there is no hierarchical difference in privilege distribution among weekly, monthly, six-month and yearly packages. It is explicitly clarified that activating Aorkin subscription membership will not grant users any permission to unlock additional styles, internal templates and extra creative functions. Meanwhile, subscription membership cannot support unlimited free AI image generation. All subscribed users still need to consume 30 fixed in-app coins to complete each single image generation task, consistent with the consumption rules applicable to ordinary non-subscribed users. During the entire valid membership period, subscribed users can exclusively obtain the following three types of official supporting benefits:
All Aorkin auto-renewable subscription plans are enabled with automatic renewal functions by default after successful purchase. The Apple App Store will automatically deduct corresponding subscription fees from your bound payment method and complete membership renewal operations within 24 hours before the expiration time of the current valid billing cycle, so as to ensure users can enjoy uninterrupted membership privileges without manual repeated purchases.
Users have independent control over their personal subscription status and can turn off the auto-renewal function manually at any time through the subscription management page under your Apple ID account settings. If you choose to cancel the automatic renewal service, your existing membership benefits and all subscribed privileges will remain effective and available until the official expiration date of the current billing cycle. We do not provide partial refund services for the unused membership duration of ongoing subscription cycles under any circumstances. Once the current billing cycle expires and the auto-renewal function is closed, the corresponding membership service will terminate automatically without additional reminders.
All subscription membership privileges and complimentary bonus coin rewards are limited to personal non-commercial daily creative use only. All subscribed users are not allowed to conduct any profit-oriented behaviors including but not limited to reselling, renting, gifting, sharing and transferring membership qualifications and bonus coin assets to any third-party individuals or organizations. In addition, users are prohibited from using subscribed privileges to develop derivative commercial services for external users. Our official team has the right to monitor abnormal membership usage behaviors, and we can directly suspend or permanently terminate the user's active membership qualification if any violation of usage regulations is identified.
Aorkin does not have independent payment settlement authority, and all subscription deduction and coin purchase behaviors are completed through Apple In-App Purchase. We will never collect, record or store users' sensitive payment information, including bound bank card numbers, transaction passwords, billing addresses and detailed payment records. All subscription purchasing behaviors are completed in an anonymous state. Users' membership activation status, bonus coin balance and other subscription-related data are only stored locally on the user's mobile device, and our team will never collect, synchronize or transmit such private data to any third-party payment institutions, data statistics platforms and external cooperative agencies.
We reserve the absolute right to appropriately revise, optimize and update the clauses of this Subscription Agreement according to product function iteration, service upgrade planning and platform operation demands. All updated agreement clauses will be officially released on the dedicated document page inside the Aorkin Settings module and take effect immediately after public release. Users' continued purchase and use of subscription membership services after the agreement update is regarded as voluntary acceptance and recognition of all revised terms. All subsequent updates will never modify our core privacy protection commitments and fixed three-item membership benefits, involving independent self-developed AI operation mode, zero third-party data transmission, zero facial data collection and unchanged subscribed privileges.
