This User Agreement specifies usage rules, service scope and user guidelines for all users of Aorkin. By downloading, installing and using this application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to all terms contained within this agreement.
Aorkin is an AI-powered comic photo editor designed to turn regular photos into stunning American comic-style artwork. Users can create content by taking new photos or importing images from the local photo library, browsing various comic templates on the Create page, and generating personalized artwork with bold ink lines, halftone textures, vivid colors and panel layouts. The app is divided into three core modules: Home, Records and Settings, helping users complete comic creation efficiently.
The Home tab serves as the starting point for new creations and provides style previews for users to confirm visual effects before generation. After AI rendering, users can preview, save and share finished artwork directly. All generated works are saved to the Records tab, where users are able to view historical creations, re-save images to the gallery and delete unnecessary records at any time.
Image generation is a paid coin-based feature. Each valid image generation consumes 30 coins, and coins will be fully refunded if the generation fails due to technical errors. Users can obtain additional coins by purchasing in-app coin packs or subscribing to membership plans. Subscribers can receive bonus coins, full gallery saving access and priority customer support. Please note that subscriptions do not support unlimited generation, every creation still requires 30 coins. All paid services adopt regional pricing, and the final price is subject to App Store real-time display. Users can manage and restore purchases in the Settings page.
Aorkin's Settings page allows users to access premium subscriptions, view official documents and clear temporary cache files generated during AI rendering. Users shall only upload images that they legally own or have obtained authorized usage rights for personal non-commercial creation. Aorkin does not require account registration or login, enabling anonymous access to all features without collecting any personal data. All comic creation processes are independently completed by Aorkin's self-developed AI system, without invoking any third-party AI tools, cloud servers and external rendering services. Aorkin will never upload, transmit or share users' original images, style settings and finished artwork with external platforms. We enforce a permanent zero-collection policy for facial and biometric data. Our AI only adds comic effects and adjusts picture colors instead of running facial detection or recognition. We will never create facial databases or disclose users' portrait privacy to external organizations.
All creative functions, coin purchasing services and subscription membership privileges provided by Aorkin are only accessible to users aged eighteen and older. Only users who have reached the legal age of majority in their respective countries and regions are permitted to download, install and use this application. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing and using Aorkin and all internal functional services in any form.
We grant users a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable personal license to use Aorkin on personal mobile devices for daily non-commercial comic creation. All intellectual property rights of Aorkin, including self-developed AI technology, original interface design and internal functional logic, are exclusively owned by our official team. Users are not allowed to disassemble, reverse engineer, modify, copy, rent or redistribute the application and internal resources. All creation tasks are processed locally through our independent AI system without third-party participation, and we never collect any form of user facial information during service delivery.
All users must utilize Aorkin's creative functions for positive, healthy and appropriate personal non-commercial purposes. Users take full and sole responsibility for all uploaded source materials and AI-generated comic artwork. Users are strictly forbidden to upload, generate, edit, save and share any inappropriate content that contains pornography, vulgar descriptions, bloody violent scenes, terrorist elements and discriminatory remarks. Besides, users cannot create works that infringe third-party portrait rights, copyrights and other intellectual property rights, or distribute content that violates local public order and social morality. We reserve the right to terminate user usage permissions permanently once any prohibited behaviors are confirmed.
All original images uploaded by users and all AI-generated comic artworks belong to the corresponding user completely. Aorkin does not obtain any ownership and additional usage rights of user created content. We will never utilize users' uploaded materials and finished artwork for AI model training, product function iteration and commercial promotion, and will never transmit user creative content and facial privacy data to any third-party institutions.
We reserve the right to release regular version updates, function optimizations and bug repairs to improve the overall user experience. Meanwhile, we can revise and update the clauses of this User Agreement according to product iteration needs. Updated agreement terms will be published on the in-app Settings page and take effect immediately after release. Continued use of Aorkin after updates represents your acceptance of revised terms. All revisions will never change our core commitments including anonymous usage support, independent self-developed AI operation and zero facial data collection.
Your use of Aorkin is simultaneously governed by our published Privacy Policy. You can check detailed data storage rules and privacy protection mechanisms at any time through the Settings page. We always adhere to strict privacy protection standards, all user creative data is stored locally, and no private information and facial data will be collected or shared with external parties.
